This is the area from Florida up to Virginia, and it was torched by dragons. It is now the perfect resting place for Dragons who refuse to fight in the Dragon Wars, Phoenix, Fire-birds, and other creature that thrive in a burning waste. Most in the burning lands try to refrain from aggression, unless provoked, or their territory is invaded. Due to its intense heat it is not a suitable place for humans to be for a prolonged amount of time.
