New Transylvania, is the are that was once know as Valdez-Cordova. It is a domed city built by Vampires, as their new home. Old mining tunnels are now used has prisons to house human slaves for food, and other uses. The Vampires are immune to the harsh cold that Alaska's winter offers, so they use this to their advantage to hunt for humans who try to hide. If you are near Alaska or the north-western part of Alaska you are doomed.
