This is a list of NPCs that will be shrouded in mystery and is up to the player to uncover more.
Red- Rumors of this man exist, he is said to head all of the black markets. If something goes wrong, any partied involved will be brought to and then dealt with by this man.
Victor Sanguine- The head of the Sanguine corporation, he disappeared around the time the world ended. Some say he was imprisoned for his crimes, others say he is hiding from the ones he served.
Jerry Grisham- A cult of cain member, he seems to have gone into hiding in lue of the Cult of Cain assassinations.
Semira- the beautiful and mysterious protector/leader of Orleans.
Emmet Rys- this man was seen being assaulted by a few seekers back when the world ended. He was a history professor, byt his body was not found, however the seekers that pursued him turned up dead. Now how a simple history professor killed Alpha level seekers is a mystery. There are rumors that he has been seen in Venice.
